Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The Free plan is free forever and never asks for a card. Upgrade to Go whenever you are ready for more beta headroom.

What happens if I run out of my Archivo Pilot allowance?

Your workspace and files keep working normally. On Go and Pro, Assistant mode draws on a weekly allowance plus a rolling 5-hour pool, so a busy afternoon frees up within hours and the weekly pool refills on its own. On Free, Assistant mode is a set number of messages per day. Autopilot runs on Boosts instead, so you can also switch modes, upgrade for more headroom, or add a Pilot Boost pack when you need a burst.

Can teams use one shared billing account?

Yes. Business accounts add centralized billing, per-seat budgets and workspace encryption controls from Settings.

Can I cancel or change plans later?

Go is a one-time 30-day beta pass for now. Recurring plans will return after beta is further along, and your documents stay available when plans change.
